Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the platform and improve your experience:

• Account details: name, email, phone number, and country provided at signup.
• Restaurant profile: name, cuisine, city, logo, menu items, prices, and settings you configure.
• Usage data: orders, chat sessions, AI usage counts, and dashboard activity.
• Technical data: device/browser information and approximate location for security and reliability.

Why we collect data

• To operate core features: digital menu, AI waiter, ordering, kitchen and cashier dashboards.
• To measure AI conversation usage against your subscription plan limits.
• To provide analytics that help you understand sales and customer behavior.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

AI chat data

When a diner chats with the AI assistant, the messages are processed to generate replies, take orders, and improve service quality. Conversations are stored so restaurant owners can review chat logs and so we can enforce plan usage limits.

We do not sell chat content. Messages are sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response and are not used to train third-party public models by us.

Restaurant data

Menus, offers, combos, orders, and settings you create belong to your restaurant. We process this data to deliver the service to you and your diners. You can edit or remove most of this content at any time from your dashboard.

Cookies & local storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and maintain a diner’s chat/order session. We do not use advertising cookies.

Google & Facebook sign-in

If you choose to continue with Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) needed to create or access your account. We never receive your Google or Facebook password, and we only request the minimum profile scope required to sign you in.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls and row-level security. We restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled manually via InstaPay. When you submit a payment, we store your plan selection, amount, and the screenshot you upload for review. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate account or restaurant information.
• Export your restaurant data where technically feasible.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and personal data, email us from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your identity and process the request. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).
